We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, explaining our products or services, handling basic customer queries, and following up with potential customers.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and potential customers.
- Explain products and services clearly.
- Handle customer questions and provide basic information.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain daily call records and customer details.
- Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team when required.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
