We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to join our team at KMA Global Properties Pvt. Ltd. The role requires candidates who are skilled in customer communication, lead qualification, follow-ups, and relationship building. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain property projects professionally.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Schedule property site visits and appointments.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and deal closure.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM updates.
- Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and conversion targets.




- Provide regular updates on leads and customer feedback to management.

Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation, with 1+ year of experience in Pre-Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, Real Estate, Home Loans, Banking, Finance, or Insurance. Candidates should have excellent Hindi and English communication skills, strong convincing and follow-up abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel is preferred. Candidates should be target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling customer interactions.
