I'm looking for a highly efficient, proactive and sharp personal assistant to work closely with me across my influencer business, Eventify and personal responsibilities.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who can manage multiple priorities, take ownership and figure things out independently.

- Scheduling
- Emails and follow-ups
- Brand coordination
- Campaign management
- Business operations
- Research
- Social media
- Travel and bookings




- Day-to-day organization

What you'll need:

- Exceptional organization, attention to detail and tech-savviness
- Strong knowledge of social media, AI tools, Canva, Notion, Google Workspace and basic spreadsheets
- Strong communication and follow-through

I'm not looking for someone who needs to be told what to do at every step — I'm looking for someone who anticipates what needs to happen, moves quickly, solves problems and keeps me one step ahead.

This role will evolve as the businesses grow, with opportunities to take on more across content, partnerships, events, operations and new ventures. Looking for someone ambitious who wants to grow alongside it and actively contribute to that growth.
