Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about sales, eager to learn outbound lead generation, and interested in building a career within the financial markets ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn quickly, and an interest in identifying and building ideal customer profiles (ICPs).

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead generation and qualification: Support lead generation efforts by identifying potential ICPs, helping build comprehensive databases, and reaching out via various channels.
- Customer datasets: Assist in identifying and building datasets of potential clients by learning to understand and build ICPs, using tools such as LinkedIn and Private Circle.



Conduct research to identify target prospects in the HNI, family office, and wealth management space.
- Customer outreach: Reach out to leads via multiple channels, including WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and cold calls, under guidance from senior team members.
- Personalized outbound messaging: Learn to develop tailored messaging that resonates with the pain points and needs of prospects, with support and feedback from the team.
- Data management and reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, tracking engagement metrics and lead status.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts with company goals and customer needs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 0-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field; freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales/financial markets are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, or CRM systems is a plus; willingness to quickly learn new tools is essential.
- Self-driven, eager to learn, and able to manage tasks and deadlines with guidance.
- Bonus: Prior exposure to HNIs, family offices, wealth managers, or the SaaS ecosystem (through internships, coursework, or projects).
