Project Managment Consultant

Experience: 5–10 Years

Industry: Civil / Infrastructure / Construction Projects

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using planning tools and Gantt charts

n

Prepare Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activity sequencing, and execution timelines for site operations

n

Track daily site progress and update project schedules based on actual execution status

n

Analyze schedule variances, identify delays/slippages, and highlight critical path activities proactively

n

Coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors for real-time progress inputs

n

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports with schedule analysis and milestone tracking

n

Support execution teams with activity prioritization, recovery plans, and target-based scheduling

n

Plan manpower, material, and equipment deployment aligned with project timelines

n

Assist in baseline schedule preparation, revised planning, and catch-up/recovery schedules

n





Ensure timely completion of project milestones through effective planning and monitoring

n

Maintain planning documentation, reports, and progress records within project management systems

n

Drive schedule adherence and support project teams in achieving committed delivery timelines

n

Desired Candidate Profile

n

5–10 years of experience in Civil Project Planning for residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects

n

PMP certification is must

n

Robust understanding of project scheduling, construction sequencing, and site execution coordination

n

Hands-on experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and project tracking applications

n

Ability to interpret site progress, analyze delays, and prepare recovery strategies

n

Good coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills

n

Experience in handling multi-disciplinary construction activities and milestone-driven projects preferred
