Job Description Schiller Akademie — a premium German language institute based in New Delhi — is hiring an experienced Admission Counselor to own the full enrolment journey. n This is not a cold-calling role. Leads come in warm via Google Ads. You'll have real, consultative conversations with adult scholars planning Germany studies, career moves, visa requirements, or serious personal learning. n If you enjoy guiding people through meaningful decisions and closing with integrity, this is your seat — work from anywhere in India. n The Role n Manage the complete lead-to-enrolment journey — warm inbound enquiries to course confirmation n Understand each scholar's goal (studies, career, exam, personal) and recommend the right CEFR level (A1–C2) n Conduct consultative counselling calls, follow-ups, and closures n Maintain CRM discipline — lead status, notes, next actions n Coordinate with the academic team for cohort placement and onboarding n Own individual and team enrolment targets n What We're Looking For n Minimum 3 years in admissions, ed-tech sales, or education counselling n Preference for candidates who have sold German language courses (or other foreign language programs) n Consultative, patient, articulate — this is a premium institute, not high-pressure sales n Comfort with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and structured follow-up workflows n Strong spoken and written English (Hindi is a plus)
