Job Description Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced insurance skilled to manage and lead Commercial Claims with a focus on Property and Fire claims. The role involves handling complex and high-value claims, coordinating with insurers, surveyors, clients, and internal stakeholders, and ensuring efficient claim resolution.
n Key Responsibilities
n •Manage end-to-end Commercial Property and Fire Claims.
n •Handle large and complex loss assessments and claim settlements.
n •Liaise with insurers, surveyors, loss adjusters and corporate clients.
n •Review policy coverage, claim documentation and survey reports.
n •Drive timely claim resolution and customer satisfaction.
n •Support claim negotiations and settlement strategies.
n •Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal processes.
n •Prepare claims MIS, report and management updates.
n Skills & experience:
n •Strong expertise in Commercial Property and Fire Claims.
n •Min 10 – 15 yrs of experience in handling commercial claims.
n •Experience in handling corporate and large-value claims.
n •Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
