nJob Role
nThis is primarily a site-based role involving both desk work and regular site visits. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, site execution coordination, consultant coordination, drawing management, and ensuring smooth implementation of architectural designs at project sites.
nRoles & Responsibilities:-
nDesign & Planning

- Develop architectural design and planning proposals as per project requirements and regulatory standardsn
- Work on drawings, BIM modeling, and visualization using AutoCAD, Revit, and related softwaren
- Apply interior design concepts to enhance functionality and aestheticsn

nProject Coordination

- Ensure smooth site execution as per approved drawings and timelinesn




- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and cross-functional teamsn
- Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and drawing documentationn

nConstruction Oversight

- Monitor construction activities to ensure execution as per approved designsn
- Resolve design-related issues during constructionn
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checksn

nRegulatory Compliance
