nWe are hiring a Sales Manager to expand its presence in the building materials industry. The role involves generating new business, developing customer relationships, and driving sales across the Mumbai region.
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the assigned territory.n
- Visit construction sites and meet engineers, architects, contractors, builders, dealers, and distributors.n
- Present products and recommend suitable building material solutions.n
- Negotiate pricing and close profitable sales agreements.n
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.n




- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.n
- Generate leads, maintain customer records, and submit daily sales reports.n

nCandidate Requirements

- n
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building material sales.n
- Experience in products such as fiber cement boards, gypsum boards, sandwich panels, tile adhesive, putty, pipes, marble, granite, stone, or ceramics.n
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.n
- Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai for field sales activities.n
