nRole Overview
nThe Account Manager will be the primary point of contact (POC) for clients, responsible for understanding hiring requirements, managing client relationships, coordinating with the recruitment team, and driving requirements through successful closure.
nKey Responsibilities

- Act as the primary POC for assigned clients.n
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and key stakeholders.n
- Understand technical hiring requirements and translate them into recruitment strategies.n
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requirement intake to candidate joining.n
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure quality and timely candidate submissions.n




- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, negotiations, and closures.n
- Monitor recruitment pipelines, SLAs, TAT, and delivery performance.n
- Conduct regular client and internal pipeline reviews.n
- Manage recruitment delivery across multiple requirements simultaneously.n
- Identify additional hiring opportunities within existing accounts.n
- Work with GCCs, Direct Clients, System Integrators, and VMS/MSP models.n

nWhat We're Looking For

- 10–15 years of experience in IT recruitment, staffing, account management, or recruitment delivery.n
- Strong experience working with India-based IT customers.n
- Prior experience with GCCs, direct clients, system integrators, and VMS/MSP environments.n
- Strong client-facing
