Job Description Job purpose
n We are looking for a passionate, energetic individual to join our Financial Marketing services division at a Associate position.
n Key responsibilities
n • Primary tasks include to format/update existing InDesign docs, creating layouts/styles in InDesign, creating charts/infographics in Illustrator and banner/image editing in Photoshop. Creating style-based InDesign templates based on branding guidelines.
n • Secondary tasks include to format presentations, pitchbooks, designing visually appealing slides, template conversion, creating slides from hand-drawn and PDFs, formatting word documents and excel spreadsheets as per client specific template using MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
n • Other tasks include formatting of information memorandums, word reports, teasers, pitch-books, marketing decks as well as converting data into visually appealing slides.
n • Creating various types of graphs, charts, guesstimation of graphs.
n • Diagrams and structures
n • Designing custom templates (InDesign/PPT/Word/Excel based)
n • Estimate scope/effort of the project and accordingly communicate timelines to client and meeting deadlines.
n • Ensure highest quality standards and accuracy.




n Key competencies
n • Strong and advance level experience and knowledge in MS office tools includes MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel
n • Beginner/intermediate level experience and knowledge in Adobe Illustrator & Adobe InDesign
n • Experience in Adobe Photoshop would be an added advantage.
n • Solid communication skills - Proficient in spoken and written English.
n • Working knowledge of proprietary pitch-book formatting tools/macros would be an added advantage.
n • Ability to understand templates, brand standards, style guide creations and should have an eye for detail.
n • Ability to translate complex information / analytics to simple Infographic or other allied easy ways to communicate visually.
n • Ability to think creatively, aesthetically, independently and having good knowledge on all the media and current trends in presentations design.
n • Good project management, client management, relationship skill and deadline-oriented pace.
n • Proven experience interacting with, receiving direction from and clarifying requirements with end users over the phone and in writing
