Job Overview- Seeking a dynamic and passionate Music Scouting & Servicing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scouting recent music talent, tracks, and emerging artists, while also playing a critical role in shaping the music catalog, driving audience engagement, and ensuring the growth of our artists and Labels.

Key Responsibilities-

Music Scouting & Discovery

n

- Actively scout new and emerging music talent across various genres.

n

- Maintain and grow a network of artists and labels. Monitor industry trends to identify potential hits.

n

- Collaborate with marketing, and creative teams to select the best tracks for upcoming releases.

Track Servicing & Distribution

n





- Work closely with artists and labels to strategize and plan effective release campaigns.

n

- Organize and maintain the music catalog, ensuring that all files, promotional assets, and information are up-to date and easily accessible.

n

- Monitor and manage the performance of serviced tracks, ensuring they receive optimal exposure across digital and traditional media platforms.

n

- Collaborate with the operations team for seamless release execution and handle follow-ups as needed.

n

- Partner with marketing team to assess track performance and suggest data-driven adjustments to strategies.
