Job Title: Telesales Executive Location: Mumbai - Borivali Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: Fresher's Industry: Insurance Marketing About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their insurance requirements, generating qualified leads and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company-provided database.

- Explain insurance products and benefits in a straightforward and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling for lead conversion and policy issuance.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure all customer communication follows company and applicable regulatory guidelines. Products - Motor Insurance - Health Insurance - Personal Accident Insurance - Other General Insurance Products Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who has:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Marathi communication will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.




- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/ WhatsApp.

Experience - Fresher: Candidates with good communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
