- Minimum 1 Year of Real Estate Sales Experience – Mandatory
- Strong Sales & Conversion Skills
- Excellent Communication & Convincing Ability
- Presentable & Professional Personality

- Ability to generate leads, follow up and close sales
- Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions
- Build solid customer relationships
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
