Requirements Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly and quarterly meeting targets
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records
- Address customer concerns and objections effectively
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat business and referrals
- Prepare daily call reports and sales activity reports
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- 0-3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good listening and interpersonal skills

Language:
