Role overview

Bigbillion Food and Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, handling inbound/outbound calls, and generating business leads or sales through effective telephonic communication.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our food & beverage products and services

Handle inbound customer queries and provide prompt, professional responses

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups,



and customer details in the system

Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Report daily call summaries and performance updates to the team leader

Requirements

Any graduate (all streams)

Freshers & experienced welcome

Basic English communication

Local language proficiency preferred

Key skills

Positive verbal communication

Convincing & persuasive ability

Basic computer / CRM knowledge
