Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound calls from clients to resolve their queries and concerns.

- Provide accurate information about products/services offered by the company.

- Identify potential customers' needs and suggest relevant solutions.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism during all interactions with clients.

Job Requirements :

- 0-3 years of experience in telecalling or related field.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.

- Proficiency in using telephones and basic computer software applications (e.g., email).

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
