Role Description The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to inform customers about Home Doot’s cleaning and pest control services, answer queries and support bookings. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining service packages, sharing pricing details, updating customer records, and coordinating with operations teams to schedule appointments.

The role also involves following up with leads, providing post-service feedback calls, and maintaining a courteous, professional tone in all interactions. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring consistent availability during business hours and close collaboration with the local team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid verbal communication skills, clear telephone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills, including problem-solving, empathy and conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, CRM or call management software familiarity and accurate data entry skills.
- Candidates should possess sales and persuasion skills, with the ability to explain services, handle objections and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to handle multiple calls, follow-ups and scheduling tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in telecalling, call center, customer support or similar roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in communication or customer service is beneficial.
