Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and potential customers.
- Explain our products/services clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and answer basic queries.
- Follow up with interested customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain customer and lead information.
- Update daily calling and follow-up records.
- Help generate quality leads and convert enquiries into customers.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
- Maintain a polite and professional relationship with customers.

Requirements
- Minimum 10th Pass graduates are preferred.
- Freshers are welcome training will be provided.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication is an advantage.
- Basic smartphone/computer knowledge.




- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good follow-up and communication skills.
