ABOUT THE ROLE You will speak with customers regarding pending EMI / card payments, provide payment reminders and follow up on payment commitments. This is a 100% office-based calling role . No field visits. No doorstep collections.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Make outbound calls to assigned customers using our dialer system Inform customers about pending payments and available payment options Record Promise-to-Pay / payment commitments accurately Follow up with customers as scheduled Maintain professional call quality and customer handling Follow banking,
