We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle student enquiries and support the admissions team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with prospective students.
- Explain courses, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Maintain enquiry and follow-up records.
- Coordinate campus visits and counselling sessions.
- Work towards admission conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills in English & Malayalam.
- Any graduate can apply.
- Confident and friendly communication style.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Previous telecalling/admissions experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
