Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller and Receptionist role based in Guwahati. The role involves handling incoming calls, making outbound follow-up calls to prospective and current students, and providing accurate information about services and study abroad programs. The Telecaller and Receptionist will greet visitors, manage the front desk, schedule appointments, and maintain call logs and visitor records.

The role also includes coordinating with counseling and admissions teams, updating basic student information in systems or spreadsheets,



and supporting daily office communication needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear spoken English and local languages, active listening, and a professional telephone manner.
- Candidates should possess customer service and interpersonal skills to manage inquiries, build rapport with students and parents, and handle concerns with patience and empathy.
- Candidates should possess basic computer and administrative skills, including familiarity with MS Office tools, email handling, and maintaining records or simple databases.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple calls, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in a front office, telecalling, counseling support, or similar customer-facing role.
- Candidates should hold at least a higher secondary qualification; a graduate degree in any discipline will be an advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn about overseas education processes and services.
