Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Female Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospects, explaining products/services and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Explain company products/services to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain daily call and sales reports.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
- Maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements
- Female candidates only.




- Freshers can apply; candidates with 1 Year+ tele sales/sales experience will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based work.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be comfortable working from the Ghaziabad office.
- Must be comfortable attending a Face-to-Face interview.
