We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Tele-Counsellor who is confident in speaking with students and parents and can handle 150+ calls per day.

Industry: Education / Animation & Design

Location: Arena Animation GTB Nagar

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Make 150+ outbound calls daily to prospective students.
- Counsel students regarding Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, Gaming, UI/UX & Digital Content Creation courses.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain lead records.
- Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by effective communication and follow-up.
- Achieve daily,



weekly and monthly calling & admission targets.

✅ Candidate Profile
- Excellent Hindi & English communication skills.
- Confident, persuasive and positive attitude.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Robust follow-up and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, education counselling or admission counselling will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
