Job Role: Telecaller Executive

Main responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Introduce and explain roofing products.
- Understand customer requirements such as product, quantity, size/specification and delivery location.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with customers who show interest.
- Answer basic customer questions and provide product information.
- Maintain customer and call records.
- Pass qualified leads to the sales team.
- Work toward daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
