Roles and Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to customers to collect payments on time.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns related to loan repayment schedules.
- Update customer records with payment status and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and quality metrics.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Hindi, Kannada, Telugu languages (written & spoken).
- Solid communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
