Telecaller Aesthetic Clinic

Location: Ground Floor, 35/20, 11th Main Rd, Vishya Bank Colony, 5th Block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560041

Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Aesthetic / Healthcare preferred)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller who can handle patient inquiries, manage leads efficiently, and convert them into consultations while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for patient inquiries

Explain clinic services (skin, hair, cosmetic treatments) clearly and confidently

Convert leads into confirmed appointments/consultations





Perform regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and SMS

Manage and update lead data in CRM systems

Coordinate with clinic and front desk for scheduling

Handle patient queries and objections professionally

Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller (Aesthetic / Healthcare preferred)

Strong communication and convincing skills

Positive knowledge of aesthetic treatments/services (preferred)

Ability to handle high-volume calls and follow-ups

Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel
