We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, speaking with customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Explain products, services, offers, and company information clearly.

- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.

- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp when required.

- Maintain professional communication with customers.

- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

Requirements





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of English and [Tamil/Hindi/other language].

- Confident and polite telephone manner.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to work with targets.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Previous telecalling/customer service experience is an advantage.
