LookUp Marketing (a Tech Guru Group company) is hiring Tele Callers to generate qualified leads for our digital marketing services and our domain, hosting and email products.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Make 70-90 outbound calls per day to businesses from assigned databases and campaign lists.
- Pitch our services clearly, identify the decision maker and understand the requirement.
- Qualify leads on budget, requirement and timeline, and book appointments for the field sales team.
- Follow up on inbound enquiries received through website, WhatsApp, email and social media within 5 minutes.
- Send introductory information over WhatsApp and email after every connected call.
- Update every call outcome, lead status and next action in the CRM on the same day.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, connects, qualified leads and appointments booked.
- Maintain a follow-up calendar and re-engage cold and dormant leads.





Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales or customer support. Freshers with good communication may apply.
- Fluent spoken Hindi and working English; transparent pronunciation and confident phone presence.
- Comfortable with high call volumes and daily targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to handle rejection.
- Graduate in any stream. Immediate joiners preferred.

Benefits: Fixed salary + monthly incentives, structured training, and a clear promotion path to Senior Tele Caller and Inside Sales Executive. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
