About the Role

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecalling Executive to join our team at Pragmatic – The Corporate Litigation Firm. The role involves communicating with prospective and existing clients, understanding their legal recovery requirements, explaining our legal services, and coordinating with the legal team for further assistance.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a qualified approach, and the ability to build trust with clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients regarding legal and corporate recovery services.
- Handle incoming calls and respond professionally to client inquiries.
- Understand the client's basic requirement and identify potential legal recovery matters.
- Explain the firm's legal services in a clear and professional manner.
- Follow up with leads, prospective clients, and existing clients regularly.




- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client responses.
- Schedule consultations or meetings between clients and the legal team.
- Coordinate with the legal and business development teams regarding prospective cases.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
- Convert qualified leads into consultations and potential clients.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and case-related discussions.
- Handle client communication professionally and courteously at all times.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Preferred Legal Calling Areas The candidate may be required to communicate with businesses and clients regarding matters such as:

- MSME payment recovery
- MSME Samadhan proceedings
- Commercial dispute recovery
- Arbitration matters
- Cheque bounce / Section 138 matters
- NCLT-related matters
- Corporate and contractual disputes
- Outstanding payment recovery

Note: The Telecalling Executive is not expected to provide legal advice. The candidate will collect basic information and coordinate the matter with the firm's legal team. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
