Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services and generate leads.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Follow up with leads and interested customers.
- Maintain accurate call and customer records.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements
- Valuable verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Hindi and English communication preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle targets and customer objections.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
