Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and provide information about the company’s products and services. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and other relevant information.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer information.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Convert potential leads into customers wherever possible.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues to the concerned department.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while communicating with customers.
- Prepare daily calling and follow-up reports for the reporting manager.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.

Working Conditions

Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
