nnLocation: Sector 46, Gurgaon

nPosition: Tele caller

nEmployment Type: Full-Time

nnSalary: 20,000 per month to 25,000 per month

nnKey Responsibilities

nn• Make outbound calls to prospective parents and leads

n• Handle enquiries and provide relevant information about the school

n• Follow up with prospective parents and maintain regular communication

n• Schedule school visits and counselling sessions

n• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups

n• Support the Admissions/Marketing team in achieving enrolment targets

nnCandidate Profile

nn✔ Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills





n✔ Confident and professional telephone etiquette

n✔ Positive follow-up and relationship-building skills

n✔ Prior experience in telecalling, admissions, counselling or customer service will be an advantage

n✔ Candidates with school/education sector experience will be preferred
