We are hiring tele-business development executives for our team in Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata.

We are looking for confident, target-orientated and persuasive sales professionals who have strong telesales experience and excellent communication skills.

Candidates with telesales, telecalling, inside sales, business development or other sales experience are encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and explain products or services effectively.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Handle customer objections and confidently close sales.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities through effective customer conversations.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1-2 years of telesales experience preferred.
- Candidates with other sales experience and strong communication skills can also apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Target-orientated and self-motivated.




- 12th Pass and above.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
- Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 22,000 in hand.
- Salary depends on last drawn salary, experience and communication skills.
- Fixed day shift from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Sunday is a fixed weekly day off.
- Work from office at Salt Lake Sector V.
