Role Description This is a full-time, in office Technical Trainer role based in Jaipur.

The Technical

Trainer will deliver interactive classroom and lab-based sessions to college students and early-career professionals, focusing on core technical concepts and job-oriented skills for the tech sector. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials, lesson plans, and assessments; conducting engaging sessions; and clarifying concepts through examples, demonstrations, and exercises. The role involves tracking learner progress,



providing constructive feedback, and supporting students with interview and placement preparation.

The Technical

Trainer will collaborate with the training and content teams to update curricula, align sessions with industry requirements, and ensure a high-quality learning experience for all participants.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Technical Training and experience or interest in working as Technical Trainers.
- Skills in Training & Development and Training, including session planning, delivery, and learner assessment.
- Excellent Communication skills for explaining complex concepts clearly and interacting with diverse learner groups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Ability to present technical topics confidently, manage classroom dynamics, and motivate learners.
- Comfort with using digital tools, presentations, and online resources to enhance training effectiveness.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, patience, and a learner-centric approach to teaching.
- Previous internship, project work, or campus training experience in technical or educational settings is an added advantage.
