Freelance Thinking Coach (Trainer) – 1 Month Contract

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (Fixed Contract Fee)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Freelance Thinking Coaches (Trainers) who enjoy working with students and facilitating engaging learning experiences in schools. The selected trainers will conduct interactive and experiential learning sessions designed to develop students' life skills, future competencies, and exposure to emerging technologies.

This is a short-term freelance assignment ideal for individuals who are passionate about teaching, mentoring, and inspiring young minds while helping students become confident, curious, and future-ready learners.

Curriculum Framework The program is based on an integrated learning framework covering:

- Self-Exploration

- Foundational Literacy
- Future Competencies
- Tech for the Future

Sessions are delivered through learner-centric approaches such as experiential learning, discussions, activities, flashcards, hands-on tools, and collaborative exercises to ensure active participation and meaningful learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom sessions as per the curriculum and session plans.
- Facilitate interactive, activity-based, and experiential learning sessions.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills among students.
- Support project-based learning and innovation-focused activities.
- Coordinate with school authorities for smooth session delivery.
- Maintain basic session records, attendance,



and reporting requirements.
- Ensure a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

Required Skills
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage, motivate, and mentor students.
- Effective classroom facilitation and management skills.
- Understanding of experiential learning and 21st-century competencies.
- Adaptability, accountability, and willingness to learn.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.

Educational QualificationsEngineering Background
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Science Background
- B.Sc. in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related science disciplines with an interest in technology and education.

Diploma
- Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunication, Robotics, or related engineering disciplines will be an added advantage.

Experience
- Freshers and candidates with 1–5 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, facilitation, mentoring, or working with students will be preferred.

Eligibility
- Age: 21–45 years
- Passion for teaching, facilitation, and student engagement
- Willingness to travel to assigned schools for session delivery
- Proficiency in English and the regional language
- Availability for the complete 1-month contract period

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
