Role Description The Customer Technical Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the team member will respond to customer inquiries, provide technical assistance, and guide users through troubleshooting steps for products or services.

They will analyze issues, document cases, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining clear, professional communication across phone, email, and chat channels. The role involves working closely with internal teams to escalate complex problems, update knowledge bases, and contribute to process improvements.
