Role Description We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our team. The role involves supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with GST and other statutory documentation, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and coordination with the Accounts team.

We are looking for someone who is organised, accurate with numbers,



comfortable with accounting software and Excel, and willing to learn and take ownership of routine accounting responsibilities .

Qualifications

- Foundational accounting knowledge and experience with bookkeeping, ledgers, and financial record maintenance.
n
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP software for data entry and reporting.
n
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work with structured processes and deadlines.
n
- Good communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and auditors.
n
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana in a full time capacity and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (e.g., B.Com or equivalent) preferred.

- Prior experience in an accounting support role is an advantage; familiarity with Indian tax and compliance requirements is beneficial.
