Role: GM – Financial Reporting & FP&A;

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 17+ years of post-qualification experience in Financial Reporting and FP&A; to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial reporting activities in compliance with IND AS, with strong expertise in consolidation and group financials
n
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting, including variance analysis and performance tracking dashboards
n
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, highlight risks, and generate actionable insights for business decision-making
n
- Collaborate with auditors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
n
- Manage reporting timelines independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance
n

Key Requirements:

n

n
- Qualified CA with 17+ years of relevant experience
n
- Strong knowledge of IND AS (especially consolidation and group reporting)
n
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
n
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
n
- Experience with consolidation and FP&A; tools will be an added advantage
