Job Description Senior Sales Account Executive / Sales Manager – US Market n Experience: 5–7+ years | Location: Mumbai (In-office) n Working Hours: 5 PM – 2 AM IST | Type: Full time n Role: Individual Contributor with a clear path into Sales Leadership n About Pepper n Pepper is an AI-native marketing services platform helping companies scale SEO, content and organic growth through technology, automation and world-class talent. n As we scale our US business, we're looking for a senior sales professional who can own complex sales cycles and close high-value enterprise deals. n What You'll Do n n Own the end-to-end sales cycle — discovery, solutioning, proposals, negotiation and close. n Sell SEO, content marketing and organic growth solutions to US mid-market and enterprise customers. n Engage with senior stakeholders including CMOs, VPs of Marketing and Heads of Growth. n Drive deal sizes typically ranging from $50K–$300K+ ACV. n Build and manage a strong US sales pipeline and own forecasting. n Lead consultative, value-based sales conversations focused on business outcomes and ROI. n Work closely with Strategy,
