We’re hiring a Client Success Specialist to manage and deepen relationships with an active portfolio of retail, affluent & HNI investors.

Bangalore | Hybrid

2–5 Years Experience

NISM Series V-A – Mandatory

What you’ll do:

n

n

• Manage and deepen relationships with an assigned client portfolio.

n

• Conduct periodic client conversations and portfolio reviews.

n

• Help clients understand their investments, portfolio performance and relevant market developments.

n

• Monitor SIP engagement and proactively address client concerns.

n





• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless and timely execution.

n

• Identify relevant investment opportunities based on genuine client needs.

n

n

What we’re looking for:

n

n

• 2–5 years of experience in Mutual Funds, Banking, Broking or Financial Services .

n

• Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, SIPs & basic asset allocation .

n

• NISM Series V-A – Mandatory .

n

• MBA Finance / CFP® / relevant certifications will be an advantage.

n

• Excellent communication, empathy and relationship-building skills.

n

• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-up discipline.

n
