If you're passionate about connecting with people, conducting insightful research, and contributing to strategic outcomes, this is the perfect opportunity to accelerate your career. n Job Responsibilities n As a key member of the Expert Network team, you will be responsible for: n Expert Identification & Engagement n n Independently identify and engage with industry professionals and subject-matter experts aligned with client requests. n Assess expert relevance and ensure solid project fit. n n Client Relationship Management n n Manage client communication during the US shift. n Build trust-based relationships and understand core project needs. n n Expert Support n n Provide prompt assistance to experts, addressing queries and ensuring smooth collaboration. n n Revenue Growth n n Drive revenue by sourcing high-quality experts and growing opportunities within your assigned accounts. n Identify potential upselling and cross-selling avenues. n n Project Coordination n n Collaborate with consultants and analysts to ensure seamless project delivery. n Maintain clear and timely communication between clients, experts, and internal teams. n n Research & Analysis n n Conduct quantitative and qualitative research based on client requirements.
