Role Description This is a full time, on-site Graduate Trainee/Management Trainee role based in Faridabad. The trainee will support day-to-day business operations, including data collection, analysis, and reporting to assist decision-making across functions such as credit, operations, sales, and customer support.



Responsibilities may include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, preparing documentation, assisting in process improvement initiatives, and learning the end-to-end workflow of fintech lending. The role involves participating in structured training, shadowing senior team members, and gradually taking ownership of small projects and tasks. The trainee is expected to demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn about financial products, technology platforms, and the SME/MSME lending ecosystem.
