nAs the first point of contact for visitors and employees, you will ensure seamless front‐desk operations while providing strong administrative and coordination support across the office.

nFront Desk & Visitor Management

- Manage visitor check‐in/check‐out in line with security protocolsn
- Handle incoming calls, emails, couriers, and mailn
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception arean
- Remain composed and professional during high‐traffic hoursn

nOffice Administration & Coordination

- Conduct daily office rounds and coordinate with housekeepingn
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and meeting room readinessn
- Perform data entry, record management,



and document preparationn
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, supplies, and servicesn
- Monitor and reorder office stationery, magazines, and inventoryn

nFinancial & Inventory Management

- n
- Manage petty cash with 100% accuracy and prepare monthly reconciliation reportsn
- Conduct weekly inventory checks and raise purchase requestsn

nHR & Employee Engagement Support
n
- n
- Maintain employee birthday data and share weekly announcementsn
- Prepare monthly attendance reports for HRn
- Print recognition certificates (Employee of the Month, Team Awards, Leadership Awards)n

nNew Joiner & Event Support

- n
- Support new hires with greetings, induction coordination, and kit handovern
- Assist with office events, including setup, AV coordination, refreshments, and décorn
