Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Performance Analyst to join our Finance Transformation team and play a key role in delivering global template deployments and business change initiatives across Finance.
nWhat You'll Do
nLead business change and organisational readiness activities for Finance transformation programmes and SAP deployments
nDevelop and execute change management, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies
nConduct change impact assessments, readiness assessments, UAT coordination, deployment planning, and Early Life Support activities
nPartner with Finance, Technology, Product, and Delivery teams to drive successful programme outcomes
nTranslate business requirements into user stories, work packages, and delivery plans
nSupport Agile delivery through backlog management, sprint planning, and Program Increment (PI) planning
nIdentify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges across multiple teams
nDrive adoption of current processes, systems,



and ways of working across global stakeholder groups
nWhat We're Looking For
n7+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Change Management, PMO, or Finance Transformation
nHands-on experience supporting SAP implementations (SAP ECC/S4HANA preferred)
nStrong understanding of organisational change management methodologies
nExperience with business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training strategy
nExposure to Agile and Scrum ways of working
nAbility to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex transformation programmes
nDegree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
nPreferred Experience
nFinance transformation programmes
nSAP deployment and global template rollouts
nChange Impact Assessments & Adoption Planning
nUAT, Training and Deployment Readiness
nSAFe / Agile Programme Delivery
nDownstream or Upstream Finance processes
