Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BIM (Building Information Modeling) Architect to join our dynamic team. As a BIM Architect, you will play a pivotal role in integrating technology into our design and construction processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration among various project stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities-

n

n
- Prepare 3D models in Revit for all types of Buildings.
n
- Prepare conceptual, detailed, and construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD as per project requirements.
n
- Should be able to coordinate and collaborate with other disciplines.
n
- Develop schematic and detailed level BIM models including interior and exterior architectural elements.
n
- Conduct constructability analysis through prediction of clashes, RFIs, and potential safety hazards through BIM models
n
- Conversion of laser scan point cloud into information-rich BIM models and generation of drawings and as-built data for renovation purposes
n
- Attend and /or manage model coordination meetings and document project BIM meetings (write minutes).
n




- Extending the 3D models to 4D and 5D BIM through the integration of Time and Cost parameters within the BIM model
n
- Use Navisworks for Multi-Disciplinary Clash Detection.
n
- Produce quantity reports per Client requirements.
n
- Develop the modeling schedule.
n
- Timely and accurate preparation of BIM models, shop drawings, etc.
n
- Maintain model health as per BIM Best Practices Guidelines.
n
- Demonstrate a deep interest in learning current skills. Software and knowledge.
n
- Positive attitude towards collaboration and knowledge sharing.
n
- Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.
n
- Demonstrate effective communication skills.
n
- Work with minimal supervision.

- Skills Preferred-
n
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
n
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software applications.
n
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction techniques, and industry standards.
n
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams.
