Job Description Sikich is seeking an Technical Accounting Specialist with 7-9 years of accounting experience. The ideal candidate must have experience in US GAAP general accounting, financial statement preparation and team management experience.

n Job Responsibilities:
n n Execute project oversight and deliverables.
n Provide technical guidance to the team.
n Prepare financial models.
n Review, optimize and communicate Month End Close and daily accounting tasks.
n Create and manage reports, budgets, cash-flow models, and supplemental reports.
n Ensure that reports sent to clients are accurate and sent within scheduled timeframes.
n Work with teams across multiple clients to ensure on-time and consistent delivery to client and US team.




n Manage team metrics and responsible for team performance.
n Develop relationships with US-based clients and project leads.
n Display excellent leadership skills and manage internal/external expectations.
n Develop training content and deliver technical trainings to team members.
n Participate and contribute towards process improvement, tools and training.
n Work towards continual talent development.
n n Requirements for Successful Candidate:
n n Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and CA certification.
n Managed team(s) having at least 5-10 team members
n Self-motivated with solid work ethic
n Organizational skills to manage a team and client engagements.
n Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail.
n Knowledge of US accounting systems.
n Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
n Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
n Desire to establish and maintain client relationships.
n Leadership and team management skills.
n Possesses a combination of both problem-solving and innovation skills to attend to several technical production challenges.
