Required Skills

- 10+ years of IT experience.

- 6+ years of Salesforce and nCino development.
n
- Strong nCino Commercial Lending / Loan Origination experience.
n
- Strong Salesforce development and architecture knowledge.
n
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and CI/CD.
n
- Banking / Financial Services domain experience.
n
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
