n Client Transformation & Training Excellence
n Conduct detailed fitness assessments and goal-setting consultations.
n Design customised, science-backed training programmes.
n Deliver high-impact one-on-one and group training sessions.
n Track measurable progress and drive visible client results.
n Modify plans based on performance, injuries, or health conditions.

n Build long-term member relationships through motivation and accountability.
n Provide expert guidance on nutrition, supplementation, and recovery.
n Maintain Gold's Gym/Cult training standards and floor discipline.
n Promote relevant fitness programmes and PT packages ethically and professionally.
n Safety & Compliance
n Ensure safe usage of all gym equipment.
n Follow strict hygiene and operational protocols.
n Provide first aid/CPR support in emergencies.
n What We're Looking For
n Minimum 3+ years of professional training experience
n Valid Certification: ACE / NASM / K11 / GGFI (Mandatory)
n Strong communication skills in English
n Passion for fitness with a transformation-driven mindset
n Strong sales orientation and member engagement skills
