Experience: 10–14 years Qualification: B.Com / Finance Location: Bengaluru Work Mode: Work from Office | Shift: US/Rotational Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Payment Operations Manager to lead end-to-end banking payment operations, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end Payment Operations covering ACH, Wire, SWIFT, Fedwire, Cheques, and Lockbox. • Oversee payment processing, repairs, investigations, reconciliations, claims, adjustments, and servicing. • Ensure adherence to banking regulations, ACH/NACHA, Fedwire, sanctions/OFAC, and risk controls. • Lead and develop teams, drive operational performance, and manage transitions/change initiatives. • Partner with senior stakeholders to establish operational goals, processes, and service standards.



• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiency, quality, and customer experience. Key Requirements • 10–14 years of experience in Banking/Payment Operations; leadership experience preferred. • Solid knowledge of domestic & international payments, Cheques, and Lockbox Operations. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong understanding of payment systems, controls, and regulatory requirements. • B.Com / Accountancy background preferred. • Flexible to work US/Rotational shifts and extend hours during transition.
